I have found two ways to download video from ABC.com to my computer.
One is the streaming video recorder. As anyone who come to this blog can see, it helps download abc video easily and quickly.
The second one is the browser tool, FlashCatch. when viewing a video on the website, click on the icon to save the video.

glad it works! I had been looking for something to download video from abc and then i found this.
