I was trying to download a free video clip from the site (Tube8.com), but it comes in the FLV flash format etc. I can’t figure out how I can capture Tube8 video and save them to my hard drive? Also want to transfer these video to my iPhone, so the best format I get from Tube8 should be MP4 format.
